This is a great new restaurant to add to Winnipeg's growing list of world-class spots. Anyone who enjoys sharing food, like at a Chinese or dim sum restaurant, will surely like this fashionable site. The decor is invigorating, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the owners are front and centre, greeting and cooking up a storm. Segovia is another bright spot on the 'Peg's burgeoning roster of dining/entertainment spots that rival anything I've visited in Europe, Australia, Canada and the U.S.
